Anyway, di kesempatan ini, menerusi blog ini... ambe ingin menyampaikan rasa seikhlas hati ambe pada sahabat handai dan rakan taulan ambe yang membaca blog ini... yang kenal ambe melalui blog ini..

Syukur ambe ke Hadrat Illahi akan ikatan silaturrahim yang terjalin ini..

Tahun ni banyak sangat yang berlaku~ terlalu banyak yang berlaku. Perubahan yang ketara, penglibatan ambe dalam dunia realiti, aktiviti-aktiviti Hangulisation yang mula berkurangan.. kebahagiaan pun ada juga terukir - walau ada sedikit berulam hati dan jantung.. tetapi itulah lumrah kehidupan.

Harapnya ambe akan mendapat kebahagiaan yang lebih indah lagi di Ramadhan tahun hadapan mudah-mudahan.. and tentang si dia, doakan saja moga dicepatkan pintu hatinya terbuka kembali... Amin Ya Rabb.

1190: 100% Satisfaction!

Menjadi jugak benda ni.
Found the bestest, tastiest, awesomest choc chip cookies recipe ever!

Nak dijadikan sebuah kisah klasik...
It has been years I tried to make these choc chip cookies. Asal raya je, mesti cuba resipi cookies baru. Asal raya je, mesti klik-klik mouse google resipi cookies. Tapi bila buat, tak menjadi jugak. It didn't satisfy me.

Macam tahun lepas, ambe ada buat ni. Ya Allah! Rasanya tersangatlah manis - gigi pun jadi macam ngilu! So sweet! And the year before, it is too rapuh. Tak sukses langsung!

Tapi kali ni... ALHAMDULILLAH!
Dengan berbekalkan niat dan Lillahi Ta'ala~ serta kasih sayang yang begitu mendalam, akhirnya.. ketemu juga akhirnya dengan resipi paling best, adunan yang mengancam.. and woots! taste dia memang awesome. Alhamdulillah!

So- I would love to share the feeling of kenikmatan sebenar kekeke~ and here is the recipe.

Resipi diambil dari website Kak Rima of Bisousatoi. Thank you so much Kak Rima!

Bahan-bahannya:
250g salted butter,softened
200g light brown sugar (do make sure it is written LIGHT/SOFT brown sugar..not just a regular brown sugar)
1/4 tsp salt (optional)
1/2 tsp coffee oil (this is the one that gives the cookie its distinctive fragrance and makes prople wonder,hmm what is that? but they usually cannot tell what it is)
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup oats,processed to bits in a chopper (pakai nestum pun boleh juga, macam Kak Rima!)
1/4 cup ground almonds
1/2 cup of your favourite nuts,chopped finely (optional)(i used whole hazelnut.. toasted)
1 pack of Nestle Tollhouse semi-sweet chocolate chips OR chocolate chunks (don't use cheap chocolate chips,the flavour is compromised)
300g self-raising flour (i used plain flour with 1/2tsp of baking powder)

Cara-caranya:

This is the most important step,at least 2 hours before,or the night before,beat the egg with the vanilla and the coffee oil to infuse or you can do this the night before,refrigerate it then bring it to room temperature before baking.

Preheat oven to 160C.

To the softened butter,beat in the sugar and the salt to combine. Beat in the egg and stir in the processed oats,ground almonds,optional chopped nuts and the chocolate chunks. Sift the flour and fold it in,this dough will not be too stiff but not too wet either.

For small cookies,place half-tsp of the dough,spaced slightly apart on the cookie sheet and bake for 9 to 10 minutes.

For large cookies, place rounded tbsp of the dough spaced apart on the cookie sheet and bake for 20 to 22 minutes.

Cool completely and let it sit overnight in an airtight container,this is for the flavour and fragrance to develop further.

Eat one freshly made and one the day after,there is a difference!

Ambe follow exactly resipi Kak Rima ni! Setuju sesangat bila dia kata kena pakai choc chip or choc chunks yang very high quality untuk buat biskut cenggini.

Satu tang si Captain America yang ambe nak - no, not what makes him strong - but his will to be the strongest! Well, not really ... actually ambe nak shield bintang dia tu jer! Best pulak nengok shield kalis peluru dia yang ternyata kononnya dibuat daripada sejenis besi yang paling ringan di dunia.

Kan ker tu iron shield?
Hehehe!

Boleh tangkis pelbagai benda. Boleh jugak jadi tudung periuk. Boleh buat pinggan makan juga. Serba boleh lah ambe rasa shield tu. Tu lah sebab ambe nak.

Anyway, sila watch lah movie ni - kalau nak something different. Ada jugak di-emphasize on looking for the right partner ;)

This is part of my dream that have yet to be realized. Going to Japan, it is! I opened my email this morning just to see I got a newsletter from Air Asia titled "Oishii Osaka". This is the very first promotion email that have a very catchy title - so I opened it and read it through.

And good graciousness, I gasped. I DID NOT KNOW THAT JAPAN HAVE SUCH THING AS

"OSAKA TAKOYAKI MUSEUM"!

I just cannot believe what I read.

So I googled it up.

And that place really exist.

OH-EM-GEE!

OH-EM-GEE!

I wanna go there right now!

That place probably my so-called heaven.

That place could be my sanctuary.

That place could be my dreamland.

1187: Office Alone

Alhamdulillah, selesai sudah satu acara yang konon-konon ambe handle lah sikit kan... was the secretariat for the sambutan of World Breastfeeding Week event this year. Being a secretariat, fosho, not an easy job. But alhamdulillah, I managed to uruskan everything. Segala-galanya dengan kehendak-Nya juga.

No wonderlah kan, kalau kat Malaysia - they have this secretariat week - for appreciation of the hardworking secretariat. Iyalah kan.. kat Mesia nun best.. siap ada artis jemputan lagi. Tu yang the best part tu. Tolong ye.. kalau I punya secretariat week - sila fikir-fikir nak order Yamapi kerrr CNBLUE kerrr tak pong Aaron Aziz kerrr Farid Kamil pun boleh jugeeee! *angan-angan di bulan Ramadan*

Okeh.. nak dijadikan cerita. Skang ni pukul 3 petang waktu setempat ya Tuan Puan! Sekiranya anda berada di Singapura ataupun Malaysia, sama jer waktu kita ye.. cuma waktu berbuka jer different sket.

And- ye, ambe masih kat ofis. Tapi ambe sorang je skang ni kat ofis. Semua warga-warga ofis yang lain dah pulang dah. Diaorang dah chow tadi pukul 2 petang.

Nak tau kenapa?

Sebab-

I am still being paid on a daily basis.

Pekerja bergaji hari.

So kat sini, pekerja bergaji hari - di waktu bulan Ramadan ini - hanya dibenarkan balik pada pukul 3.30 petang.

Yang lain-lain boleh chow pukul 2 petang.

So sepatutnya ambe mesti buat kerja. I still have another paper to buat. Ohgooshiness! Tapi memandangkan I am still tired due to post-event - so my brain dah macam ditutup pulak switch dia!

Am all sleepy now.

Ada sesiapa nak drive kan ambe balik tak?
