1163: 2010, Goodbye~

This will be my last post of 2010.
In more or less than 3 hours.

2010 ... ada rasa pahit, ada rasa manis.
But I am so very very very very happpyyyy to spend it the very last day of the year with my sweeties~ so the taste, of course a sweeeet taste!

Off we went to Times Square.....

Januari:
Pertemuan pertama di hari pertunangan teman baik ku, Rucci ngan Park Jung Min. Ashie-unnie memperkenalkan kami berdua. Diperkenalkan sebagai adik lelaki Ashie-unnie yang baru sahaja balik dari luar negeri! Juga sahabat akrab kepada tunang Rucci, Park Jung Min! And.. he will be the Ring Carrier! Get along quite well. Quite a dorky and easy peasy boy! Kacak... ya! Suka... pun ya! Cinta..nehhh~ Cinta pandang pertama? Nahhh... aku tak mempercayainya!

Februari:
Pertemuan kedua. Akan berlangsungnya hari pernikahan Rucci dengan Park Jung Min. Hohoho~ aku jadi pengapit Rucci bersama-sama dengan Ashie-unnie. Jung Min's Best Man! Aku terpegun dengan kekacakannya pada hari itu. Aku asyik mencuri pandang.. dan tiap kali itu juga pandangan ku berbalas. Aku jadi tidak tentu rasa.Jantung mula berdegup kencang... love arrest?

Mac:
Pertemuan ketiga di majlis resepsi bersama peminat - Park Jung Min & Rucci. Memetik gitarnya, dia menyumbangkan sebuah lagu bertajuk 'Thank You' pada hari itu. Tapi kenapa di saat dia menyanyikan lagu itu .. pandangannya ditalakan kepada ku? Atau aku hanya yang perasan sorang-sorang? Dag dig dug bunyi jantungku...

April:
Ternyata aku tidak bertepuk sebelah tangan. Melalui Ashie-unnie, aku terima titipan cinta. Senyuman yang dipamerkan Ashie-unnie sewaktu menyampaikan warkah itu tidak mungkin akan ku lupakan. Lebar sungguh! Tulisannya tidak cantik. Hoho~tapi yang indah tetap tertulis,

Mei:
Ianya tidak mengambil masa yang lama. Setiap hari di bulan April menghabiskan masa bersama-sama, dari pagi sampai ke petang. Bil melambung tinggi.. oh indah sungguh jatuh cinta! Bulan Mei termaktubnya cinta - dia melamarku! Senyumannya pada hari itu.. mencairkan aku. Di waktu itu, aku rasakan aku wanita yang paling bertuah! Bulan Mei, hari pertunangan kami~

Jun:
His birthday! My first celebrating as his ehem-ehem.. satu kejutan untuk si dia, of course! Our first holiday get-away! Only us! So much loooove!

Hari yang telah lama dinanti pun tiba. Terpatrinya sebuah ikatan kasih yang suci~ the day bila kami berjanji sumpah setia untuk bersama sehingga ke akhir hayat... awwwwwww~! *O*

Oktober:
Wajah stress si dia yang sempat ku abadikan! Aku ingin sekali makan pancake durian buatannya! Haru biru wajahnya bila membuka buah durian itu.. tapi apakan daya.. demi sayang demi cintanya~ dia tetap melakukannya! Katanya, "I'd do anything for you.. walau renang lautan api sekalipun". Nak renang lautan api? Buka buah durian pun dah stress! Mana lagi nak renang lautan api? Aigooo! Ye, POSITIF! Benih-benih cinta mula tumbuh~ :) MENGIDAM!

November:
Dia yang sentiasa bersamaku.. di dalam susahku.. di dalam senangku :) The first trimester was.. OHMO! Life was indeed like a roller coaster... Tengok mata dia, tak cukup tidur! Sorry sayang~ aku selalu kata begitu. Dan dia balas, "Takpe, I yang buat you sakit.. I kena bertanggungjawab sepenuhnya" *melts*

Disember:
He was the appointed ring carrier once again! Kali ini... untuk hari pertunangan our beautiful cupid! Ashie-unnie! Dengan siapa..... aceler! Korang tanyalah dia sendiri. Hehehehehe... So many things happening, the sweetest of the year~ Dekat denganku, dia berbisik, "satu hari di bulan Februari..masihkah you ingat? It has not been a year.. thank you" aku mengukir satu senyuman dan dia... satu kucupan hingga di pipiku. Teristimewa dari nya, yang sentiasa menyayangiku dan mencintaiku sepenuh hatinya~

This will only tie me down and keep me silent for 10 days, or perhaps less. I won't disturb you nor I would bother you... you for sure will be at peace.... but yes, like I said only for 10 days... or perhaps less. LOL!

I've read two of them. The ones from the Kaki Novel.

And I'm left with three.
After I'm done with the three, what I'm going to do?

Only can afford this at the moment. And that's with mom's help too.
This would be the last purchase of my novel collection for the year 2010.

Hope next year, I would be able to purchase more using my own money - in another words, please, Ya Allah, murahkan my rezeki and cepatkan lah untuk hambamu ini mendapat pekerjaan. Amin Amin Amin :) Please doakan untuk saya juga ye...

1159: Harumnyeeeeee.....

This is a follow-up post for my previous post and also Rucci's Siapa Tak Nak Cantik Oiiii post! Ngehehehe... previously, ambe dah cers tang my skin regime. Fuhhh! Rasa macam orang glamer je tetiba-tetiba nak cerita tang skin regime pelbagai... lol .. kali ni kita cerita tang Signature Perfume pulak... hohoho!

Al-kisah nak dijadikan cerita, there's an issue being brought up what kind of perfume did my buah hati pengarang jantung, Yamapi a.k.a my BB pakai.. that makes him smell all nice even when he sweat like hell! xD A lot of pujian have been receive from his staffs, his co-stars, TV people about him smelling all nice... hohoho~ but no one figure the perfume out.. And I think I've read somewhere in the past about him he used both cologne and perfume.. to stay freshhhh! Apa nama perfume dia.. toksahlah tanya ambe... memang ambe tak nak bagitau arrr (ker sebenarnya dok tau? ahahahaha!)

My say on this is .. it all depends on your signature perfume. Because kan if you nak test cuba try perfume yang Yamapi pakai pong... Jessica Alba pakai pong.. Jennifer Lopez pakai pong...memang sangat harum semacam lah... (hek eleh... skema betul lah.. macam lah pernah dekat dengan artis-artis nihhhhh) but seriously... dah artis kan... memanglah diaorang harum semerbak gitueee lol... tapi kalau dah body kita tak dapat react dengan perfume tu.. memang bau yang keluar akan sungguh meloyakan... tsk. Takyah lah nak frust menonggeng kenapa Jennifer Lopez pakai harum semacam.. korang pakai tak harum pulak... it all depends....

And one more thing ..regarding the pheromones. Hahahaha! I don't know to what extent I want to believe that human have pheromones.. I think I believe we do have some.. but more to our charismatic side... if you have that charisma, and dicampur pula dengan perfume yang uuumph... alahai.... boleh buat angau sedunia beb! (time typing this perenggan, memang Yamapi ada kat kepala lah... hohoho)

Okeh... so do you have your signature perfume?

Lemma give a definition of signature perfume first, just in case you all nak tahu... hehehe

Signature perfume is a perfume that represents you. It's so personal and bring the best in you bila you pakai that perfume, blends with your mood and your personality. And it's like..if people who knows you well.. and you are not around.. will feel your presence... it's something like, he smells the scent but you are not around, and he will say, "was she here just now?" and started to look around for you... it's just all about YOU :)

Some people suka floral scents - like rose, jasmine, lavender...
Others may like woody scents or fruity scents.

But for me.. I am more of ocean scents - water-based scents. I love the fresh smell of the seas.. and light scents. Not too strong, not too light the smell. Not a fan of floral scents.. but it all depends.

As what Rucci said in her post, her first perfume would be of Body Shop ranges. Sama lah kita yang oiii! At least, hers would be better sebab ... abang dia yang pakai, so kira sharing is caring lah kan... my side pula- ambe pakai my uncle punya.. miahahaha.. sebab dulu dia tinggal ngan us... and dia studied nun jauh kat England sinun.. so... dia memang bawak balik manyak perfume.. so ambe tukang pakai jeeewww!

So kalau Body Shop, ambe suka sesangat dengan Oceanus ranges. My all-time pebret tuh!



Tapi bila sudah ada allowance sendiri, waktu kat buat degree kat UK.. mulalah ambe collect perfume jugak.. tapi tak banyak sangat yang jadi pujaan hati. Sebab ambe jenis yang tak boleh lama-lama test cuba try manyak-manyak perfume kat kedai Perfume.. boleh pening dan loya-loya terus.... aigoooo.

So far... my signature perfume ada dua je!

Betul-betul I kedunno.. belum ada experience lagi lah nak shopping pelbagai untuk sang lelaki nih... hehehehe ada jugaklah this one kenalan of mine.. I like his perfume.. tapi malu lah pulak ambe nak tanya apa nama perfume dia tu... bukannya ambe kenal sangat dengan dia tu.. but all I know he smells good.. hohoho~!

Tapi SATU.... ada satu perfume ni tolong jangan bagi laki or boipreng ambe pakai or siapa-siapa yang pakai dekat ngan ambe.... HARUUUU! Bau dia sungguh... errrr.... I don't know. Tak menepati citarasa langsung..alahaiii~

1158: Cantik Macam Kim Hyun Joong??

I would like to share with people some of my skincare regimes (duh! if you ever interested!) LoL!

I am, at no exception, someone who used to have only-god-knows-how-terrible my acne problem was! SERIOUSLY. Back at O-level (equiv: SPM) times! It was as worst as it caused my confidence level at that times was..... even below zero. I didn't like taking pictures at that time.. i probably run away or put my head down when I saw a camera being carried around - even I know that person won't take my pictures anyway. But hey, who knows? YES- My paranoia level was hella crazy too!

But those were the times!

After undergoing some treatment, traditional and non-traditional treatment, no... no worries, I did not reach the surgical treatment level though.. LoL!
You say it.. I might have try it. Some of them might be;

• applying toothpaste over the pimples
• putting heated daun sirih over (z)it.. - not working.
• putting slices of raw potato over (z)it.. - only god knows how itchy it felt!
• making egg white as masker
• eating some Indonesian jamu
• tried different ranges of skin products - tea tree oil
• going to government hospital to have them give me some antibiotics called tetracycline which worked for a while.. but ONLY for a while.
• going to private clinics for some better medication - no, it didn't work, it dried up for a while then it came back and there goes my mom's hundred bucks.. T_T
  
• reducing my consumption of oily foods and nutty foods - tried it.. but no... it won't work.
• the doctor even asked me to reduce my weights - it was hard at that times! hohohoho!

until I went back to the government hospital and told them off that I've practically tried everything... that they gave up and referred me to the skin specialist at the main hospital.

Thanks to Dr. Sabrina (yes, I still remember her name) who have to face my frustrated-and-oh-so-disappointed-and-begging-please-help-me-doc face at the time..and then prescribed me to another antibiotics. I remember she said "this is the strongest we have at the moment and it may give you some side effects". So for my skin.... I'd do anything! She even asked to make sure if I am married, or if I am pregnant or not pregnant, plan to get married or not since she would not advice the medication for someone who plan to get pregnant at near times or whatsoever. She also briefed me for other side effects that I take noted and I did experience ohmygosh!

The side effects were disastrous. Consuming the pills dried me out from inside. I had my lips bleeding. I've got a dandruff-like flakes on my hair - my skin is drying! my body felt so dehydrated and in search of water at most times~ my nails - i got a lot of hangnails. and it did affect my menstruation a little bit.. it came late!

And after going all through this, ALHAMDULILLAH~ Alhamdulillah~ Allah allows me to see the world with my heads up~ and face the oh-so-wonderful world! ^^

I have no or seldom break out until now! My skin cried out the INDEPENDENCE! INDEPENDENCE! FREEDOM! FREEDOM! They can breathe easier now! And all the side effects are all gone too :)

Well.. I don't have a smooth baby skin though..since during the pre-treatment times.. I was so keen to pick the zits..and it did left mark to my face - but Alhamdulillah, it's getting better now. I have tried range of skin products too!

I think I've found my partner-for-life when I chose to use Garnier Blue/Green products. I barely remembered what's the ranges name. I used the facial wash, toner, day and night moisturizer and its skin corrector. I used this when I was in UK. But when I came back for good after degree, Inoticed that they didn't have the range being sold here - and it started to dry my skin further. So I stopped. Then I opted for Body Shop Sensitive Skin Facial Wash. I will love this product forever! I used it for a while until I changed it again to Neutrogena Deep Cleanising Whitening which was very rare too and always out of stock here! Fufufufufu~~~

Went to OZ - then chose my skin product carefully - and look, I still go, go, go for Body Shop! The salesgirl was so friendly and with really a good knowledge. It was a bit pricey (well when did Body Shop never have a high price..lol!) for a student like me. But I was on allowance-is-out day at that time, so I purchased it~ the Body Shop Vitamin E Facial Wash and Body Seaweed Scrub Gel and I used it until it was over few months ago - I was in Brunei already for good.

Then when I was running out of it.. so I thought of changing it.

And I was like- hey, let's try Hyun Joong's skin product! LOLL!
Because my heart always want to try this... and I keep saying, I want to try this one day when I am affordable. Yes, B$16.90 was expensive! But for that volume of facial wash compared to the Body Shop which is of small volume and caused me B$18.90.. poooooof! *choked*

But I won't switch my Body Shop Seaweed Pore Cleansing Facial Exfoliator - because I'm comfy with it~ and I still have it! LOLLL Let's see when I ran out of it! hehehehe and I am in love with this product forever yosh!

Love the smell, love how it has made my skin feel.. it's so goooood.. and REFRESHING! and it gives that feeling every time I use it. This one is definitely worth a penny to waste on Body Shop! xD

So for the new test-try,
I tried and used Face Shop Brightening Facial Wash Migamsu

so far.. until now.. it has been treating me fine. It makes you feel like Kim Hyun Joong washing your face for you... washing it gently... awwwww... ehhhhhh too much exaggeration.. LOL... joking joking.. but it makes my skin feels smooth and soft after a first wash.. it smells good too. For further use, i realised it improved my skin texture, perhaps.. it makes me applying my make-ups easier :)

Totally recommended this to everyone!
Love it as much as I love the Body Shop Vitamin E Facial Wash :)
Probably both .. has improved my skin condition better.

And to date now, for all these three- I've updated my ranges to use Etude House products! YAYNESS!

I love its BB cream to bits!
I used the Precious BB Cream mineral :)

Why I love it.. is because I don't have to apply further loose powder over it.. it covers my skin just like putting a thin veil over it.. and I feel safe about it. Exaggerated comments would be, "I feel like being Go Mi Nam for a day.. I feel like Shin Woo-hyung was following me all the way long..every time I wear this" AHAHAHAHAHA! POYO-ness! Covered all the blemishes - which that's what it purpose was. heheh... BB stands for Blemish Balm .. covering up all the blemishes.



Wore this one. Dual Change Eyeliner! Tho.. the off-point will be.. the thin brush doesn't work really well. So at most times I have to use the thick brush. But it was OK. Rasa nak main kelip-kelip mata je ngan Jeremy tetiba bila rasa pakai benda nih~~ heheheehehehe


So practically, that's all about my regime.
Nothing much grand.
Because I cannot afford it at the moment..

But if I ever can afford it one day... I would love to try the SK-II Facial Range! ^^

1156: Sweet December!

Woahhh...y'all! December is here!

Pejam celik..pejam celik.. wow.. macam cepat sangat masa berlalu kan?
It's already December!
Happy December yorobun!

What is December for a life blogger like me? Yup..yup..true! Time to wrap up all the superb events that happened throughout the year! The year 2010! The amazing events that took place - that was going to be keep in my treasure box of Sweet Memories... :)

Things like...

My graduation :) I may not have an official graduation ceremony, but I'm an official Master graduand! Alhamdulillah :) The dizziness due to the caffeine, the palpitating heart while finishing off the thesis - really, really, really worthed it! Alhamdulillah :)



My passion for cooking heightened! I tried a handful of new recipes this year. Success or not success - does not matter if you are a first timer. If it is a success, then smile and serve. If it is not successful, keep trying. I tried homemade pizzas, risoles, croquettes, chocolate chip cookies (success!) and cream puff (not success - but will work it out!).




Family reunion - going back to Brunei after 1.5 years successfully staying at another country! Life has been great welcoming Dahiyah and Darwish :) And reuniting with the rest of the nieces and cousins, of course.

Poppettes reunion - After 1.5 years too, I had a gooood reunion with my girls! full of love xx i've yet to Miss Combat and Miss Guitar! Yo ladies, please meet up soon!


New friends - the ever-increasing of Geng Ottoke troop! And getting to know more and better about the jjang-est Bloonas! Ankie, Pam-unnie, Kelly, Sarah.... a looooots :) I received a lot of friendship gifts from them too - from Waiem-unnie, Ashie-unnie, Kimchi, Pixie - thanks for appreciating my existence :) One day, I will get back to you'all.. and send my gratitude :) I want to meet you all one day! I'm hoping it will be next year.. next year.. insya-Allah...

Coloring my life - giving the shades of Blue! CN BLUE! I'm a fan - and I want to be one of their true fan :) As long as the friendship is there, I know I will be one! Keeping the friendship to keep the color from fading off.




Song of my life - For all the songs that I have listened to this year, I will have to vote two songs as my song of the year. That'd be CN BLUE's The Loner - which still lead in my 'Most Played' per 221 times being played! And the other one will be JYJ's Chajattda - simple sentence, I love the song to bits! Dedicating this to all of my internet friends! Thanks for being there.. I love y'all!! Heh.. a bit cliche. I once a loner .. but now I found you. Geddit? Hehehehe!

Sharpening the mind - I chose to sharpen my mind by learning a new language. Only two days ago, I've reached Level 2! So slow.. but I sure learned a lotttt! Korean Language is my choice! Honja gongbu haeyo! I study by myself! I registered for night class next year.. looking forward.. wish me luck :)

Staying Healthy - start running for life! Achievement! Achievement! Want to be fit and look great! 1 km a day is the target! Hehehehhe!
