Akira Shock V 3.0 ☆

My THIRD year with Akira-Shock!
And this is the 809th post!

Because of this special day- I will do a pimp post of the guy who inspired me a lot- the guy who debuted with this blog... the main reason why I would come up with Akira-Shock as a name for this blog.. He, who is my EVERYTHING~♥

Recently, there was a release for the Short Version of the MV for his latest single, LOVELESS!
That song is really a heartbreaking song.. and tears welled up in my eyes... *because I know what he feels* it is really hard to say goodbye~ and it hurts to say goodbye..

As per the song.. it seems like unfolding the painful history.. but daijoubu, I'm fine~ :) Life has to go on! I'm waayyy happierr now~, Alhamdulillah :D

Let's talk about the MV.
So- for this single, he got the MV being filmed in New York! He went to New York! Okeh, Shee.. what's the big fuss about it? Well- urmm.. I don't know... *blank* urmm..probably.. he didn't bring me with him? lol.

Dalam sehari berapa kali ambe mesti update? hehehe.. mau naik pusing kepala Rucci nih! hahaha~ or ada jugak ke yang dah pusing nengok update? Oops..mianhe~ but you will definitely miss these moments one day.... percayalah~ huhu.

The Court has granted the injunction filed by the members of TVXQ against SM Entertainment.The Court found that the Contract between SM and the Members was unconscionable and against public policy. Following this victory, the Members are proceeding with the main suit to ask for the rightful shares of all income generated from their activities.

The following is a summary of the outrageous terms of the Contract that relates to the distribution of income. The clear conclusion is that the TVXQ members have received next to nothing for their six years of work, and that virtually all money we spend to buy SM products stay with SM. Please read the below to see the extent of the injustice.

Please keep in mind that SM's contract with TVXQ has been amended five times and therefore the applicable terms have varied over time. Accounting for all the resulting complexities, the truth adds up to the following:

I. TVXQ has received $0 for their album sales prior to July 2008, and only a negligible amount after that date.

Prior to the fifth and final round of amendments on July 1, 2008, the Contract read that for any album or single with sales not exceeding 500,000 copies, SM would be entitled to 100% of the profits, leaving the members with nothing. From the time of TVXQ's debut in late 2003 and until TVXQ's release of their 4th Korean album "Mirotic" in September 2008, no Korean album had sold more than 500,000 copies. Therefore, prior to July 2008 TVXQ has had absolutely zero income from their album sales.

On July 1,2008, SM amended the Contract to give each Member 1% of total sales for each album that sells over 200,000 copies. For any albums that sell fewer copies, the members are to receive 0.6% to 0%. SM has not honored even these outrageous terms, as it has not paid TVXQ a single cent since February 2009.

In sum, SM has kept 100% of all sales that TVXQ has generated with the sales of their albums and singles prior to July 2008, and has kept 95% or more of the sales after that date.

II. TVXQ has received $0 for the sales of concert DVDs and albums featuring recordings from such concerts.

Under the Contract, the Members are not entitled to receive any share of the profits generated from sales of concert DVDs and "live" albums.

III. TVXQ has received $0 for their appearances on TV programs.

Under the Contract, Members are not entitled to receive any share of the profits made through their TV appearances if the appearance is of a temporary nature. As all programs on which TVXQ appeared have featured the Members as "guests"and therefore by nature have been temporary, SM has kept all profits that TVXQ has generated from these TV appearances.

IV. For all other possible sources of revenue, SM subtracts from the total revenue all expenses, including salaries of other staff, stage preparation expenses, rent, travel expenses, food expenses, and the like, then gives TVXQ only a fraction of the remaining amount.

As for all other sources of income, the Contract states that TVXQ is entitled to varying percentages of the "net income." The Contract defines "net income" to be the amount remaining after the applicable "operating costs". The "operating costs" are defined to include such expenses that are traditionally expected to be covered by the employer, including but not limited to 1) salaries of the staff (manager, clothing coordinators, makeup artists, dance crew, and the like), 2) performing stage preparation costs, 3) living expenses, including rent and water/electricity bills, 4) travel expenses, including plane ticket costs, 5) meal expenses, and the like.

Even after all these "operating costs" are deducted from the net income, the Members are only entitled to a small percentage of the remainder while SM keeps the rest.

Hehehe.. baru sekejap tadi ambe singgah blog Ashie-unnie. Dia ada post tang SHINee lah... I've been waiting for that post. Coz ambe suka lagu nih.. ambe bukannya tak nak update..tapi ambe selalu lupa nak update.. you know lah kan.. I'm like bee.. move from one flower to another.. lol. Did I just make myself sound like a playa? hahaha... no doubt, Shee... hehe..

So is this my first SHINee post? I think so. Dah tengah hari dah pon! I don't really like it if time seems to fly so fast.. it's such macam I haven't done anything much.. tup tup dah nak petang.. sebab tu kekadang ambe suka ikut waktu Brunei.. so it makes me stay up late sikit.. heee... :)

Okeh..sebenarnya ambe ada banyak benda nak cerita.. tapi ambe dah lupa dah.. semalam sebelum tidur siap plan lagi.. alih-alih bila bangun.. zilch. nada. nothing.

Kinda related to the previous post... sebab Senpai ada bagi komen tang childhood hero dia.. tetiba ambe rasa it will be great to post something like this. So time kome kecik-kecik dulu.. siapalah agak-agaknya childhood hero u ols?

Bila dah mandi.. mesti pakai baju tidor Power Rangers wei.. huhu.. ambe ada yang Tommy punya.. and me and my eldest brother (time tu.. the youngest one... masih kecik lagi...) huhu.. back in urmm.. 1993/1994 kalo tak silap.. so ambe ngan adik ambe.. akan pakai baju Power Rangers kita lah.. hehe.. my brother..since dia suka Red Rangers.. so dia pakai baju Jason lah.. hehehe.. semangaat giles weeii!

Pas tu.. mesti kumpul collectible cards diaorang.. and ambe ingat.. hehehe.. kawan ambe kat Sekolah Ugama dulu dia jugak minat ngan Power Rangers nih.. kalo tak silap.. dia minat ngan Trini - the Yellow one.. so kitaorang akan tukar-tukar card.. card tu boleh tulis nama dan alamat wei.. haha so jadi kitaorang punya business card lah benda tu... kat canteen sekolah dulu jual.. 1o sen satu keping.. hahaha.. bila fikirkan time ni....mahal giless.... lol. hahahaha~

Hari ni...aktiviti drama tak banyak.. ambe dah mula dah buat preparation untuk assignment sedikit demi sedikit. Tapi..somehow, ambe bengang. Argh..some things just cannot be forced right? Anyhoots, I will try to deal with it again tomorrow. Hope to get something done by tomorrow.

Anyhoots, this is what I supposed to post last night after watching You're Beautiful. But then- sebab ambe sungguh frust.. makanya.. ambe tangguhkan sehingga hari ni..

Actually, last night..I kinda had my Pout Obsession!

LOL. Betuuuul! I went crazy as I noticed Jang Geun Suk aka Hwang Tae Kyung made pout in most of the scenes..whenever he's not satisfied with something.. or even when he wants to smile.. aiihs..sungguh comeyyy! *clings to Pi-kun's pout* OH NO! Did Pi-kun have a competitor in pouting now? NoooOooo!!! b-but....

Pagi semua ^^

Apa aktiviti semua hari ni? Me, nothing much. Because of major waterworks I had last night.. and sudden cardiac arrest.. my body felt so tired. I woke up quite late weey.. well sebab ambe akhir tidur semalam.. aigooo.

Hari ni baca updates. Nampaknya.. Ep 7 and Ep 8 of You're Beautiful akan ditangguhkan siarannnya minggu ini.. due to subtitle-stealing matter. Someone hardsubbed the previous episodes using the Channel translations and put it up on YouTube claiming that she subbed it. Woahh.. so siyes giles minah tu.. berani sungguh. So one of their strategy this week to delay the release of EP 7 & EP 8 to see how if the minah will 'sub' the episodes and put it up within 12 hours. Aigoo... this kinda tortures me though. hehehe. b-but, takpe.. I will be patience. So due to this delay, ambe jangka-jangkakan the subbed release will be.. hurm..hujung minggu ni.. on Sunday at most lah.. I hope.

Tokyo DOGS Episode 2 RAW torrents pon belum ada! Hari ni dah hari Rabu dah.. sepatutnya kelmarin dah ada.. apa kena dengan delay-delay nih... :( hope it will be there by tonight... takpe, sabar Shee.. ni maknanya.. petanda untuk ambe buat kerja ambe to stop procrastinating..so I have more leisure times to enjoy it nanti... yes, mungkin ini petandanya...

Court rules partial provisional disposition of exclusive belonging terms for TVXQ's contract with SM Entertainment

The court has gave out the final ruling on the lawsuit between the 3 members of Dong Bang Shin Ki and SM Entertainment.

Seoul Central Court revealed on 27th October a citation of their ruling for the lawsuit between the SM Entertainment and TVXQ Hero JaeJoong, Xiah JunSu and Micky YooChun.

It was revealed, “We see that part of the terms in their contract has much destroyed the good morals of the whole contract. SM Entertainment should not interfere with its singers’ independent unique activities and also contract to perform and other entertainment activities.”

Previously in July, the 3 members of Dong Bang Shin Ki has revealed their 13-year long contract under SM Entertainment, which meant that they will possibly be working under SM Entertainment for life, and has applied for the effect of provisional disposition of the terms in their contract. And the 2 parties have engaged in a lawsuit as SM Entertainment insist that the terms under their contract are reasonable.

The court also revealed, “Through the individual agreement, there is high possibility for group activities to continue, but for the provisional disposition of the existing activities and the profit allocation, it is invalid and difficult. We will have to dismiss the application for the full provisional disposition of the effects of the exclusive belonging terms in the contract.”

Updates: The 3 members have announced that they will agree to the court rulings on this lawsuit

this the news that I read in soompi the courts in favor of the boys, and they stated that the boys should be able to be more independent (meaning they can reject schedules that SM proposes and can do their own businesses without interference) but not move companies (meaning all the boys will be under SM!) However! This is not a final decision, and the exact, absolute one will come out in the near future. I hope u are no longer confused

Okay. So I had my doses of Episod 2 & 3 of the highly anticipated Korean series after Lady Castle, You're My Beautiful.. well, in K-ratings, of course- it is in a second place.. coz IRIS is leading. Haven't watched that. Cerita tembak-tembak jugak kan? Aduyai, Shee- what a way of describing a drama.. lol.

Tapi ambe suka cerita ni.. hehe..

Korang nak baca proper review, please head to reviewer tegar drama Korea, Waiem and Hurul Aini. They already made reviews on this drama. Tapi kalo- korang nak fan gegel ling ling dengan ambe..then hope you enjoy your stay! hahahaha.

Okeh... so I watched Episode 1 yesterday.

EPISODE 1

Despite of Jang Geun Suk being my favourite actor- hurmm..mcm tak seswai jer nak sebut dia as my favourite actor- I shall say, hurmm.. my favourite singer... ambe suka mamat blonde of FT Island nih.. Lee Hong Ki aka Jeremy in this drama!

Love his character!

I heard that dia punya karakter memang macam ni eh.. even in a real life.. if so, life must be really fun to have him around :)

Sorry ye.. ambe ni bukan peminat tegar FT Island.. tau gak kewujudan band tu...tapi too ignorant to be known that I actually have their songs in my keep. ish. ish. ish. Tapi kenal-kenal macam tu jer lah... tak lebih, tak kurang.
Apapun, I saw Jung Min in him! Ohmo~ so adorable. Seriously, those dorkiness- it is so Jung Min! I loooove him... and reminds me of Nakatsu's character in Hana Kimi too!



And continue with Episode 2, 3 and 4 today.. hehe.. have to kejar keretapi sebenarnya. Coz Waiem dah buat review dah... untuk episod 3 and 4.. kena main kejar-kejar keretapi ni.. mesti ingat cerita Hindustan.. mwahaha.. alalala~

Haaa.. kat sini chenta mula hendak beralih arah....kihkihkih. Ambe rasa ambe nak jatuh chenta ngan Shin Woo-hyung! ngeh.ngeh. Hurmm.. his character of taking care Min Nam..reminds me of Ji Hoo sunbae! I had some palpitations watching him here...esp. the shower room scene.. ohmoo~ reminds me of Oguri-kun's character in Hana Kimi too!
